KAISHA — the AI marketing assistant
Generate social post ideas and captions for your shop, optionally grounded in your real sales data, then copy the ones worth posting.

Most small shops know they should post more and do not, because staring at an empty caption box after a twelve-hour day is nobody's idea of a good time. KAISHA exists to remove the blank page.
KAISHA is a Premium feature, in the sidebar under its own name.
What it does
Answer a few questions and KAISHA drafts post ideas with captions you can copy straight into Facebook, Instagram or Viber.
You control:
- What to promote — a specific product, or All products — let KAISHA pick, which uses your sales data to choose.
- Campaign — the occasion or angle you have in mind.
- Tone — how it should sound. Match how you actually talk to customers, not how a brand thinks it should sound.
- Custom topic — type anything, for the case the presets do not cover.
- Sales data — Last 7 days, the week before that, or do not use sales data.
Generated ideas are saved, so Earlier ideas keeps what you did not use. Nothing posts automatically — you copy a caption and post it yourself. That is deliberate: your name is on it.
Grounding it in real sales
The sales-data option is what separates this from a generic caption generator. With it switched on, KAISHA knows what actually sold, so it can build a post around your genuine best seller instead of a plausible guess.
Two ways to use it:
- Last 7 days — promote what is already selling. Lower risk: you know the stock is there and the kitchen can make it.
- The week before that — spot what dropped. A previously strong item that faded is a good candidate for a nudge.
Switch sales data off for anything not about a product: a holiday greeting, a change in opening hours, a hiring post.
Getting better output
- Be specific in the custom topic. "Rainy afternoon, promoting hot soup, friendly and short" produces something usable. "Make a post" does not.
- Pick a tone that matches your existing posts. Consistency is worth more than polish.
- Generate several and cut. Ideas are cheap; posting all of them is not.
- Edit before posting. The caption is a draft. Your details — the ones only you know — are what make it sound like your shop.
What to check before posting
You are responsible for what goes out under your name, so read every draft for:
- Prices and claims. Never post a price you have not confirmed against your own menu.
- Availability. Do not promote something you will run out of by noon — check inventory first.
- Promises you cannot keep. Delivery times, opening hours, stock levels.
An AI draft is a starting point, not a fact-checked statement about your business.
A workable rhythm
Generate a batch once a week rather than agonising daily. Pick two or three worth posting, edit them properly, and space them out. Consistency beats volume, and a batch made in one sitting is the only kind that actually gets posted.
Pair it with the customer database — what your repeat customers actually buy is the best input a promotion can have.
Frequently asked questions
Does KAISHA post to Facebook or Instagram for me?
No. KAISHA drafts ideas and captions and you copy them. Posting stays a deliberate act, which also means nothing goes out under your name without a person reading it first.
Does KAISHA use my real sales data?
Only if you choose to. You can ground a batch in the last 7 days, the week before that, or switch sales data off entirely — which is the right setting for posts that are not about a product.
Is KAISHA free?
No, it is a Premium feature.
Are the captions in English or Filipino?
Say which you want in the custom topic, along with the tone. Being explicit about language and register produces noticeably better drafts than leaving it to be inferred.
Should I post KAISHA captions without editing?
Better not to. Check every price, claim and availability statement against your own system, and add the specifics only you know. The draft removes the blank page; the last ten per cent is what makes it yours.
