What's new in Kasenso.

Every version that shipped to shops, newest first — what was added, what got better, and what was fixed. Internal plumbing is left out: if it did not change what you see or what you can do, it is not here.

Current

Buttons you can actually reach, and posts you can send to Facebook

New

  • Send a KAISHA draft straight to Facebook from a phone or tablet: tap Share, pick Facebook, tap Post. The caption is copied at the same time, so if the box opens empty you just paste.How it works
  • Every version and what changed in it is now listed at kasenso.com/releases — reachable from Settings, under the version number.

Improved

  • Restocking no longer insists you say where the money came from. It is optional and folded away, already set to the way you paid last time.How it works
  • Report Waste has its own icon. It used to share the falling-arrow one with Expenses, which said nothing about spoiled stock.How it works

Fixed

  • Any window taller than your screen — editing an item, restocking, reporting waste — could not be scrolled, so its Save button was out of reach. They scroll now, and the main button stays on screen while you fill the form in.
  • Your tax is shown under your own name everywhere, instead of some screens still calling it VAT.How it works

KAISHA writes your marketing, and tax is off until you turn it on

  • KAISHA builds an action plan from your own sales, stock and expenses — what to push this week, what to stop making, and what it is costing you.How it works
  • Write a Facebook post from a photo, from a topic, or from nothing at all — KAISHA drafts the caption and you edit it before posting.How it works
  • Your findings — slow days, shrinking baskets, items eating stock — are collected in one library instead of appearing once and disappearing.
  • New accounts start with tax switched off and set to zero, and it is no longer labelled VAT — set it to whatever your registration actually says.How it works

Improved

  • The action plan answers in the language you write in, so a Taglish question gets a Taglish plan.

Fixed

  • The forecast no longer projects a full month from three days of trading, and the month you signed up in stops reading as a collapse in sales.How it works
  • Hitting the daily limit on KAISHA no longer takes the whole feature down for the rest of the day.

  • Kasenso records the weather for every day you trade, so you can see what rain actually does to your sales instead of guessing.How it works

  • Account email — verification, password resets — now comes from kasenso.com and looks like us rather than like a Google service.

  • The current month no longer reads as a collapse in your sales comparison just because it is only half over.How it works

  • Cash Out no longer asks whether the money went on stock or an expense — record those where they belong, in Inventory and Expenses, and Cash Out stays about money leaving the drawer.How it works

Cash on Hand — the money that is not in the till

  • A running balance for cash you keep outside the till, so the pot you restock and pay from is a number you can check instead of a guess.How it works
  • Record money you take out for yourself as an owner withdrawal, so it stops looking like a shortage at close.How it works
  • Expenses and restocks now ask where the money came from — the till, cash on hand, or the bank — so both sides of the payment are recorded.How it works

  • Closing a shift captures the cash you take out of the till, so the count and the balance agree.How it works
